That's simply not the way the media works. Some of the local TV numpties might show up trying to get vox pops but all the written press will have been on the phone to contacts at the club. And I can tell you that those contacts have been professional in the extreme (ie they've said nothing).

all the papers have all the details, and are waiting for when they can go to print!

For the record, on my visit to the amex yesterday I saw a BBC and an ITV mobile broadcast van both parked outside yesterday. Didn't seem to be doing a lot.
