Do you know what…I agree. There wasn’t anyone in M&S on Sunday or a box in the petrol station at Tesco’s.

I really sincerely hope that with there no longer is any WW1 vets left and the number of WW2 vets diminishing every year, people don’t forget the sacrifice our servicemen and servicewomen made!

The bloke in Morrisons was a Falklands vet so I hope he’s there this weekend.

Saying that, I haven’t seen a poppy seller yet.

What on earth has the Albion club crest (or any other football club crest) got to do with remembering those lost at war?

Because the traditional Poppy uses plastic, I keep one until it falls to bits and just stick some cash in the pot every year.
