Wearing a tie with a short sleeved shirt, that just looks plain stupid and winds me up no end, usually the preserve of coach drivers and company reps. You wear a short sleeved shirt because it is the summer, the collar should be open to allow the air to pass freely around your torso, why the hell have it buttoned up and wear a tie as well, dumb-arses.
