Clive commentates by reputation not on what's actually happaning. So in any game between say ManUre and a more genuine club regardless of the state of the game Manure will always be Fantastic.
Similarly Roberto Carlos will be pronounced awesome regardless of the number of freekicks he smacks into the wall.
