The dull part of the south coast
I couldn’t go to the Leeds game on Saturday but my son in law and my 13 year old grandson, Harry, went instead. Harry gave me a potted version of his impressions of the day. It went something like this :

We should have won the game by halftime

It was a disappointing and frustrating result

Leeds fans celebrated at the end as if they had won the Champions League (again!)

Leeds fans are homophobic

At Brighton station a Leeds fan behaved like a tw*t (my words!) looning around with no shirt on chanting “Yerksheer! Yerksheer!”

Is that a fair description of things that happened?

Oops! Should have been on a different thread. Oh well.

I think young Harry is a good judge of character.

Several similarly unclad Leeds fans barged past me on the steps up to the coach park after the game, all chanting a ditty claiming Mr. Potter was a *****phile.

Charming lads and lassies Leeds supporters.
