I am not sure it has anything to do with Palace or how classy they may not be. It may or may not have been a 3 year old Palace fan that said it, a 3 year old that was then scolded by its parent for saying it or were they members of the public near the ground.

It was the also aimed at a Palace employee...so again how does this make Palace look classy?? ( Today of all days Brighton can not look at other teams thinking they are a class above )


In a statement, Crystal Palace said they "utterly deplored" the comments.

"It must have been an awful experience for him and his family," the statement continued.

"This disgraceful incident shows that the scourge of racism remains in our society.

"Crystal Palace Football Club is committed to inclusivity and diversity and we will offer Dr Zaf our full support if he chooses to take the matter further."

Dr Iqbal - who also previously worked at Tottenham - said in a later tweet the incident had taken place "streets away" from Selhurst Park.

Even if it was a Palace fan, you lot would try somehow to put a spin on it, talk about it all the time until you think everyone else agrees with you! It's the Palace way! Just gotta look at the bile that is written about Dunky to know how you lot work!
