not with the resourses we've got

We need someone who can survive on a shoestring (at the moment anyway)...we need someone who recognises local talent...we need someone who has contacts abroad so we can get cheap foreigners (eg Carole and Frutos)...we need someone who will stop tinkering with the team.

Pah, let's just stick with McGhee for the time being.

Half the names on that list wouldn't want to come to Brighton, the other half, we would't want here.

All this talk of sack the manager .... given the constraits MM is being forced to operate within, I'm not sure we could hope for much improvement if we had a world-famous name in charge.

The sooner people get it into their thick heads that McGhee isnt going anywhere, and thats even if we go down to div 1 based on our resources, then hopefully well see an end to these garbage posts.

We have the worst squad on paper in this league, its a miracle we stayed up last season and we are going to be bottom 3 or thereabouts until some decent money is spent on squad strengthening, no matter who the manager is.

As for Leon, he acted an idiot and any player would get the same treatment in teh same circumstances, and rightly so.

3 wins in 30 is a shocking record, you cannot deny that

whether sacking mcghee is the answer really is a completely different question

So it MUST be true...

It was, there were Brighton fans trying to start on Brighton fans yesterday.

Leons name was chanted a few times yes.

So where does your souce come from?

I was there today, right behind the goal (dead central) and about half way up (in the thick of it). Not once did I hear Leon's name sung out, not once did I hear calls for McGhee to be sacked.
However, I did hear several renditions of "Pints of whiskey" and "MM blue and white army".

I didn't see any toe-to-toe stuff (off the field) either. Except MM got well wound up just before half-time when Seb got flatened.

Just some guy that rang the phone in, i just posted what he said

I thought managers were sacked by chairmen when the chairman did not think the manager was getting the results expected "all things considered".

I'm not sure but I suspect Dick Knight recognises that Mark McGhee is doing a job under very difficult circumstances and is making approprite allowances for this, "all things considered".

If you don't like how McGhee and the team is being run, than don't fcuking go to games and support the club!

There are plenty of other people who are young, support the club thick and thin, and would love to go to games - thats me.
