Brighton and Hove has been named the drugs death capital of the UK for the fourth year in a row.
Fifty one people died in the city as a result of drugs in 2005.
A report by the International Centre for Drug Policy gives the city a death rate of 24.2 people per 100,000 of the population over 16-years-old.

This ranks it higher than cities including London, Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham.
In a double blow, the number of deaths has increased by four, from 47 in 2004, despite millions of pounds being spent on tackling the problem.
The city's death rate had been steadily declining since a peak of 67 deaths recorded in 2000.
Brighton and Hove Primary Care Trust commissioner for drugs services Simon Scott said: "The Chief Medical Officer recently reviewed our drug-related death strategy and said it is an example of good practice.
"We are deeply disappointed the rate is high."
Around £5.4 million is being spent on adult drug treatment in the city this financial year.
