I don't understand why it was a dead rubber for us. I know it is for City but not us.
Winning a game is a big deal for us. This season City have won 26 PL games. Before Tuesday we won 26 games since the beginning of the 2018/19 season. So any win matters.
And with every place meaning more income every point matters, even when relegation is decided.
And winning this one was big too. We scored 3 goals which we don't often do, won from 2-0 down, in front of a crowd at home, against the Champions who are playing in the CL final next week.
To fans all results matter. This one certainly seems to have mattered to some City fans!
