I suppose i'll be there for 90 minutes or so from 5.30ish. Can't do things like drink yet, but a juice may be nice.
Oh, if you see me have a seizure, just pass me under the table so i can wither in silence.
Thanks.

Now that is a bit SPECIAL, superb stuff. Laters.

You just want to see me swoon and perish.

What with that, plus all the cock-sucking promised on another thread, it's going to be a GRATE night

Wozza and Stew - you going to Paternoster or Seagulls Over London?

Or both?!

Just Paternoster.

Unless everyone's moved to the South side for SOL by the time I get there.

Just a warning girls.

I have just heard that there is to be a public protest from the Sisters of Pentecostal Inner Sanctum Virgins (Peckham Diocese) in and around St Pauls tonight.

They will be looking for breast beating repentance from any hostelry dwellers who plan on a night of drunken debauchery.

They are trained masters in ball gripping pain so be warned.

My advice is to post MoH, Dies Irae and the Lokkster on all entrances and get them to challenge any maidens as to whether they are a 'Ball Gripping Pentecostal Virgin'.

You need to be careful.

Ah so that's why you're not joining us tonight Pezza. Well I appreciate the heads up but I've never let a bit of ball gripping pain stop me from having a good time before, and I won't start tonight.

I tell's ya, if you all start swapping Panini stickers like a bunch of anoraks then I for one am FLOUNCING out

Jeez! I can't believe they just DID that. Me and DTG as wastrels and first arrivals managed to go a whole hour without so much as mentioning Panini-related merchandise. Then suddenly the table was AWASH with great mounds of the much-maligned tho curiously addictive stickers and associated albums.

Utterly SHAMELESS

In fact those crafty dealers (they know who they are) did their utmost to entice DTG into their evil clutches with tales of starter bags for 35p. I tell's thee the man was HOOKED, leafing through these evil men's wares like a man POSSESSED. 'Blimey! That looks just like the old Olympic stadium' said the senile old duffer at one point while thumbing through the dodgy gear on offer. 'What, that sticker with the words 'Die Alte Olympik Stadion' at the bottom?' offered the boy Hark. :shootself:

It all went downhill from there on in.

Your reporter made his excuses and left as soon as it was his round.

excellent evening. Great to see people again.

I can confirm I have been tempted to the dark side and have mentioned to my wife that our visit to Sainsbury's tomorrow may result in certain purchases of ...ahem...Panini football Cards. yes I know, act your age, you sad bastard, grow up etc etc.....but It was jolly fun looking at Simsters cards and Man of Harveys album ( which is very light of certain country's players BTW!!!!

Also, Angola only get two players per card, whereas the USA get one per card.

I looked for Paul Reid and Tuirenzo, but they were sadly lacking:down:

Magnerstastic.

Look forward to the next one:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

Do you know, we hardly mentioned Brighton all evening...it was great

It's like Invasion Of The Body Snatchers, eh THPP? All of sudden there's one of them sitting next you and you can't even TELL. Insidious isn't the word.

Dave, your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to find another retail outlet in Brighton and Hove, otherwise the Texaco garage at the King Alfred is going to have to put their prices up sooner or later. And make sure they have plenty of Tunisians!

And, of course, very nice to see all the frankly GORGEOUS cliqueistes (i.e. everyone who was there) in such almost unfeasibly fine fettle. Although Meatball didn't dribble or anything ONCE, which was disappointing. :(
