Frantic. It's genuinely hard to get all the way round in time. Anything over about 4 people, and you'll all split up within 10 stops, or falling miles behind where you need to be, or leaving drinks all over the place.

... or so I've heard.

almost impossible, someone was on about this, 28 stops or something in 12 hours with a drink at each one , though maybe you can find some stops now in succession with late hours?

You have to take halves in each to have any chance, and even then you need to pick your route so that you end with locations you can get a drink in as late as possible.

1/2 a pint in each, should be no problem. Thing is there is going to be at least 20 of us :drink:

yeah well easy :drink: :clap2:

14 pints over 12 hours, 2 pints and 2 tubes per hour + queuing/waiting times

few casualties there I think!

It is do-able. You have to make sure everyone is keen, and has the ability to down their drink when needed to... as soon as you start running late you are screwed. Start at somewhere like Kings Cross which opens at 10 (so you can get there for a 10.30 half). If you want to keep the group together you will need several very keen people who will chivvy everyone else up. Should aim for maximum 10 minutes per half, and the rest travelling time.

we attempted it about three years ago, group of about eleven of us. personally gave up after about the eighth stopped because the little hitler bossing me around was getting on my nerves. sat in a very nice pub while some of the others tried to carry on but ended up in casualty after a drain pipe and dustbin accident. i made the right choice.

plan it out probably with where you will start and aim to finish and stuff, and opening times and all that.

Have any of you heard of the 100 club. What you have to do is drink a film cannister (the type you get SLR film in, not a bloody great flat one from the cinema) full of beer on the minute for 100 minutes. Can't say that I have done it myself, but saw a couple of people try it a few years ago, a bloke versus a lass...he keeled over at something like 105, she carried on till 110. Sounds easy, but isn't.

Might be a bit tricky travelling to each location, especially after skinful and best keep it simple knowing some of the dim wits who will be in the party.

Irish version is the Luas Pub Crawl (city tram system). Red Line is advised due to stopping at two hospitals :lolol: :lolol:

And even working there, I'd skip trying to find a safe pub near the Kingswood/Kilnamanagh stop!
