Yep several very nice penthouse flats, and some less nice ones underneath them. Bet the views are good, but slowly deteriorating after todays events....

This being the same road that was dug up for some 9 months whilst they replaced the old sewers.

owners of individual flats might have problems selling them now , prone to subsidence and flooding

When the Argus first reported it, they said that the southbound lane was closed. Several sarcastic comments later and the story's been altered.

Moving the subs desk to Southampton has really worked out for them.
