At a complete guess, something like:

Stadium and land, £50m
Training ground and land, £40m
Players, £200m
Premier League place, £300m
The rest - just like my figures - pulled out of their arse.
Not sure quite how it works, but Selhurst Park is an asset of a separate company to CPFC2010 I believe, so not sure if its included in the £750M valuation.

The most curious thing..

The decimal point is in the wrong place. Palace are probaly worth no more than £7.50 and the team worth no more than £5

Its like a prospective buyer turning up to view a used Yugo Zastava on the market for £10k, with a dodgy spiv floating around singing its praises. "Lovely little runner mate, spent nuffin on it for ten years and its still chugging along". Then he'll view the rusted chassis, the chipped paintwork, notice the organic musty odours wafting up from the deeply stained upholstery. Then he'll give a tyre a kick, a wing mirror will fall off, and he'll shuffle off back to the Exchange & Mart.

It's probably just smoke and mirrors trying to keep their fans quiet and to show that they are actively trying to raise investment.
Beaky's vision was looking at the West Stand and thinking, I want one! They always roll out the new stand blueprints when the natives are restless.

I've heard that before now where was it.

Oh yes, here

That pitch is very, er, square.
