I had an MSN chat with my god-daughter this morning (8 years old), her family emigrated to Australia last year so we haven't seen them for 14 months now.

She left a wonderful voice recording for me at the end of our chat, which you should all take a listen to. The only way I know of uploading it so you can hear it is via a Myspace page I use, so check out the second track "Christmas Truth" here

Have a smile, raise a glass to childhood innocence, and let’s all have a lovely Christmas

:drink::whisky::drink:

(please be assured, this is genuine, recorded this morning, and just vey cute)

Aww, bless her.

I really dread the day my children realise the whole truth about Father Christmas. Callum has been querying it left, right and centre this year. :/

What was her mother thinking lying to her like that?

I particularly like the "doh!"

He he, yes, I think I may have tought her that about 6 years ago! Her folks used to hate me for it. That and bogie, two great words all 2 year olds should be taught.
