I'd be extremely happy going into the Gilligham game on Boxing day with 29 points ( which isn't un-realistic )

I expect nothing from Ipswich or Millwall ( But you just never know)

and 7 points from Burnley & Rotherham ( Wins ) and a home draw with Stoke.

29 points Boxing morning and 32pts by the afternoon.:clap2:

Whadya think ?

I can see us getting a result at Millwall, not too excited about Ipswich who are storming it at the moment but you never know.

Should beat Burnley and Rotherham and I reckon we can beat Stoke too.

I've got a good feeling about the Millwall and Ipswich games. It's at home the Rotherham and Burnely I worry about!

Me too! I hope Rotherham get their first win before they meet us! Ipswich have scored in 30 consecutive matches so that would be a real test and even better if we got another 1-0!:clap2:

I agree.

We tend to pull off results against "big" teams and lose to the shit ones.

After the first few games of the season I felt that to stay up we needed 30 points by Xmas - leaving us to get 24 second half to be safe. I am more confident now than I was then that we can hit the Xmas target - but I could't begin to guess how or from who the points will come. If we have 30 points going into Boxing Day I will be a happy bunny.

Hasn't MM said 50 to be sure?
So that's 25 by Christmas Day by my reckoning (can anyone put a date on the season's half way point?)

I watched Rotherham on Falmer Day and against Sunderland on Sky a couple of weeks ago.

We will beat them, I am sure of that barring accidents and shocking refs.

I can just see us losing to Rotherham, particularly if they still haven't won by the time they play us.

I fancy us getting a point at Millwall or maybe that's wishful thinking as I'll be meeting up with Mrs G's Millwall-supporting family straight after the game in a Millwall pub and I'd like to think I'd get out alive.

My guess is 5 points between now and Christmas.

The halfway point of the season (23rd game) will be Millwall away on the 11th December.
