FRUIT OF THE BLOOM
A selection is always available in the Marsh household, Xmas Pud, Mince Pies, Prof Roles or a cheescake of some description....

Me I always go for the Xmas pud and Mince Pies.

The link is the recipe. Just a fancy name for pear poached in water and vanilla.

Sounds a good combo though as I tend to gravitate towards tiramisu if it's on the menu especially at an Italian restaurant.

From your list, yule log every time.

But only because profiteroles/croquembouche wasn't an option.

Christmas Pudding with Brandy Butter on the big day for me, followed (subject to space) by a small taste of the very alcoholic sherry trifle that is also a fixture in our household - but I've just had a really excellent Gingerbread Cheesecake for dessert at our local pub from their Christmas Menu.
