Indeed. The only thing above base spec that I would go for would be the 4MB graphics card. I would upgrade the memory via Crucial assuming that user installed memory on the 27 inch 5K is still allowed.

Edit: Just seen that the 3TB Fusion drive is only £120.00 extra so would probably add that too.
