Who eats muesli without yoghurt or... filmjölk.

Anyway I will probably go for coffee (perhaps Irish) and cigarrettes.

In my younger days it was a massive full english, but combine that with sitting on my arse all day, and i struggle to eat the xmas meal. So for me now it is smoked salmon with some nice granary bread or parma ham/napoli on French bread... still struggle with the xmas dinner as i just eat more of the lighter stuff. Washed down with champers...

Bacon sandwich washed down with Bucks Fizz.

Same as!

If I’m lucky I might have one of these before I get out of bed.

Actually surprised how many drink at breakfast time. Makes me feel like shit for the rest of the day.

Same as most days for me, why up the calories and quantity at the start of the day???

It's a marathon, not a sprint!

Yes. I’m normally done in the late afternoon/morning if booze is taken at Breaky. However, a heavily diluted Mimosa is acceptable made mostly with Orange juice.
