Christmas Breakfast

Very rarely have a Christmas breakfast as will be eating all day.

Surely any family that opens their presents BEFORE breakfast (barring the stocking and/or a couple of little ones to keep the kids at bay) are SAVAGES?!

Same here, as with every other morning during the year. Topped off with honey, yoghurt and a decadent selection of fruit.

Then the gorging can begin in earnest.

Anyone having Bucks Fizz for Christmas breakfast should be aware that this is the 80s Eurovision pop group. The cocktail has an apostrophe. I hope this will save any embarrassment on the day.

Same every year for me - it's a religion.

Smoked Salmon from Springs at Edburton with scrambled egg - washed down with Bucks Fizz. And the BF starts when the kids bring their stocking presents in to open...which is now - cheers!

The only concession being, that as it is Christmas Day, we washed it down with a bucks fizz.

I completely forgot breakfast. Had a couple of biscuits with my cuppa but as soon as I started the cooking I was on the fizz. Better ease off now for the drive to Brentford tomorrow [emoji15]
