Great news.

Am I the only one who'd prefer he went on loan to a Championship side though?

I think that Wigan will suit him as I am sure that they will be near the top of the table.

He did more than ok at Luton, i have acouple of mates who are season ticket holders there who said he was very good for them. Certainly a big miss when he left.

I think that Luton had the least amount of goals conceded in League 2 when Walton was recalled. He did really well. He let in 6 goals in 7 games when on loan Southend and 26 in 27 for Luton.
