I don't know when it became fashionable to slag off McPhee, but I see a player who offers more than any other striker we have as a target man. As for not doing it at this level, aside from the facts that that applies to nearly all our squad and that he won't likely have to next year, do you recall the 2-2 with West Ham last season? He was excellent there, against defenders as good as Ferdinand and Ward, and looked well up to it.

If anything is going to hold him back, it's his consistency; if he can find a way to reproduce that form regularly, he'll be an excellent player.

Yes I do recall the 2-2 against West Ham, he did very well. League One might be the step forward for Mcphee, hopefully he can score goals down at Swindon.

You really are a cock Kev. First you say he is crap, no control and crap in the air then all of a sudden he is a good player for division 1. You are exactly what is wrong with NSC. Non opionated sheep like yourself and others that can not think for themselves really get on my tits. It is not a personal attack against you but against all the sheep on here. You sheep are the only reason the likes of London Irish and Oceanic to name but 2 get so much abuse. They have opinions and are not scared of upsetting the apple cart so they say what they think. Thank christ we have people like that on here or it would be a very poor site.

Good luck to the lad he needs to sort his future out as i doubt he will get a new contract!! hope he scores goals for them!

Think it was Burnley rather than West Ham he had his good game. I see the emergence of Gatting threatening him, but if he plays well at Swindon, then who knows, maybe a 3-month contract like Dean Hammond was given rather than just cutting him adrift.

Plenty of people on here have opinions but don't get shit. The reason LI and Oceanic get so much shit is because they voice theirs in such distasteful ways.

God you're boring. Relentless personal attacks. What do you get out of it except attention-seeking?

I prefer that - so much different to your ponderous downbeat sermonising, whether it be on mine or Yorkie's posts

OK, Kev.

What did you object to about my comments here?

"Think it was Burnley rather than West Ham he had his good game. I see the emergence of Gatting threatening him, but if he plays well at Swindon, then who knows, maybe a 3-month contract like Dean Hammond was given rather than just cutting him adrift."

Serious answer please.
