If anything is going to hold him back, it's his consistency; if he can find a way to reproduce that form regularly, he'll be an excellent player.
Yes I do recall the 2-2 against West Ham, he did very well. League One might be the step forward for Mcphee, hopefully he can score goals down at Swindon.
