White Chocolate Crunch Bar

It's white chocolate, which gives it a chance. Despite a decent draw, unlikely to get through this stage.

Cadburys Fruit 'n' Nut

Another chocolate bar ruined by fruit.

Kit Kat

In with a chance, but longer term could well be a victim of it's chunkier brother.

Kinder Maxi

Big late following means its odds have been slashed. Will be quietly confident of progressing.

Bounty

Sliding under the radar here. A unique taste, and could well be a player in this tournament

Snickers

Renamed yes, but still one to watch. Not one for people with allergies however

Orange Kit Kat Chunky

One of the Kit Kat family means it's a chance. But Orange? Really?

Freddo

One for the Under 5's on NSC

Lindt Excellence Chilli

All shades of wrong

Chomp

Would be surprised if this made an impression on even this group.

Caramac

Unquestionably a triumph of a bar, but is it too small? That's for NSC to decide

This is a poor group, Group A has about 4/5 I would choose and this has one (Kinder Maxi)

Fruit and nut in a shithouse group full of absolute TAT.

Would have been caramac but size IS important.

Even in a league of dross, it's a lost vote though.. :(

WTF - how can you miss Galaxy - the king of choc bars. Can only assume because of the pedigree they have a bye in first round

And they're off!
Snickers takes the early lead from the fast starting Fruit n Nut. It's Bounty and Caramac neck and neck, with Chunky Kit Kat and Kinda Maxi nestling in just behind. Standard Kit Kat, Freddo and Chomp are all still jostling for position whilst Lindt and White Crunch are still in the starting blocks and in danger of being unsold....

A really weak group, Bounty should pull through. Too many Kit Kat varieties for my liking, an over-rated chocolate bar IMO. With all the different Kit Kats, I hope you're going to have the Dark Bounty too? ps nothing wrong with chilli and chocolate - a brilliant combo with loads of serotonins (sp?)
