isnt Chiropracty just a mild ( or in some cases severe) form of whiplash similar to car accidents?

Mainly, what I should have said was "see a physio" and the guys and girls at the cricket club are excellent. They fixed my rugby-playing mate's shoulder too.

I've heard that before too Dave, but I got a bit desperate about this neck, shoulder, headache pain I've been getting and just tried anything!

(Good to hear on your other post you've had a good checkup, Joe and I were just wondering about you the other day!)

Had a trapped nerve in my neck for about a year and the pain was pretty gruesome. Tried every cure known to man but it took a chiro only about 6 sessions to sort it out. From now on only 1 session every 6 months to keep things in check...result. I think it does depend a lot on the type of problem as different things seem to work for different people
