Just had Chips & a Battered Sauage for lunch mmmm

Got me thinking what goes best with Chips, When I lived up north in Wigan you could not beat Chips, mushy peas and thick gravy and a meat & potato pie...

Having said that I also liked Chips, beans and battered spam fritter.

So many variations and choice, whats yours on this Friday boring afternoon
