Brain dead MUG SHEEP
And five across the eyes if she burns the yorkies. Jobs a goodun.Mums at home with the kids, making dinner.
Dads in pubs with their mates until it’s time to go home for dinner.
It’s not hard to get. Is it?

Your avatar could have been save the whales the point would have been the same.No you are. You made a snide remark about my avatar which has literally no relevance to this thread. So tell me, what has children running around pubs got to do with the Israeli genocide?
I went in soon after it opened and thought the same. Its better now but i only go in for a carry out to sup on the train. I think they do have an en suite now though.Doesn’t feel like being in a pub, yes I know it’s an old station waiting room and that’s exactly what it feels like but with a bar. Had to ask the bar staff for a key to visit the toilet on the platform.
I haven’t been in there for a few years but wasn’t really impressed.
Useful on a match day when waiting for the train though I imagine
Yeh it's all a bit creepy - not many other European countries are like this I reckon. I can be annoyed as easily as anyone but having kids shouldn't be a household-bound prison sentence.Disappointing to see England’s shameful attitude towards children being adopted on NSC.
I think I sort of misunderstood/inserted my own narrative into the first post. I think I was thinking about Wetherspoons which is shite but I’d still not expect to see children running around, but like I said Brewers Fayre is a different animal altogether.I didn’t mean I expect to see every kid running around, I meant I wouldn’t go into the one near Sainsbury’s Newhaven for a quiet drink.
I think there is a massive difference in your post and well behaved son in a pub when he was a kid to many of the stories coming out on this thread. Some people don’t give a f****** shit about how their kids behave in public unfortunately
Give it a restPoint of order: war in Gaza but please, do not perpetuate the misuse of the word genocide. Hundreds of thousands if not millions would be dead had this been committed.
Thought so, it’s a shame but that place is overrun these days by work shy parents on the piss with dogs and kidsYes!
The odd stripper night deals with this tooI wasn’t allowed in a pub as a kid, not sure why today’s feral brats should be allowed. If they weren’t all so affected with multitude of conditions and/or been taught how to behave by parents then it wouldn’t be so bad. But they are and haven’t, so I tend to give ‘family friendly’ ones a wide berth. Fortunately my locals are very much adult orientated, the landlords discourage children after 6pm and people accept this. Makes for good locals!
Yes it should for the first 8 yearshaving kids shouldn't be a household-bound prison sentence.
Parents have been blamed in many posts on here, I’m sure most kids would rather be enjoying themselves in a park or on the pier rather than being dragged along to the pub so their parents can drinkThis is capitalism, wants pubs open all hours, wants pubs selling food and all types of entertainment and wants everyone in there. Just have to make it work for everyone, don't blame children its a Landlord and parent problem.
Always remember my old man telling me a story of one of his mates in the pub still at 3 on Sunday just before they use to kick your back in the day, his Mrs rocked up and slammed his cold roast down on the bar plate an all and he looked at her and said ”You forgot dessert “Mums at home with the kids, making dinner.

That’s a matter of opinion. As I said before, not the appropriate thread for this.Point of order: war in Gaza but please, do not perpetuate the misuse of the word genocide. Hundreds of thousands if not millions would be dead had this been committed.
Millennials.Just had a post drinks evening out with two colleagues from work in Poets Cornet in Hove. I get that pubs need to cater for all needs and I have no issue with children in pubs normally , but when did Halloween become an excuse for a night out for groups of 10/12 people with 4/5 year olds in pubs shouting the place down until 9pm?
Correct. That’s a matter of opinion. As I said before, not the appropriate thread for this.
Just as long as they're not in one of those weird pubs people were moaning about the other day where people queue in single file, picking up bad habits.Parents have been blamed in many posts on here, I’m sure most kids would rather be enjoying themselves in a park or on the pier rather than being dragged along to the pub so their parents can drink
