The programme about Black Mambas on BeeB2 was far more appealing than listening to those talentless c***s Cole and Lewis :smokin:

Just a shame it's being ruined by this washed up old has-been. Get him off and get Gary back on!

Rule the World was SUPERB it has to be said. It is a WONDERFUL song.

This old has been has done more, earnt more, written more songs than Gary Barlow ever will. Gary Barlow has done well but will he still be performing and be a big name in 20 30 years when he is Paul McCartney's age I doubt it very much. Paul Mc Cartney has been performing for best part of 48 years give the man credit.

Rule the World is better than Hey Jude and I am being perfectly serious.

At the time of its launch Hey Jude was a massive hit and still continues to be very popular and that is not to slate Rule the World but despite his popularity now, Gary Barlow has a long way to go to be anywhere near as good for such a long period of time as Paul McCartney, who has launched a pop career 3 times as in The Beatles, Wings and now as a solo artist. As such the man deserves credit rather than be slated by somebody who is 1 dimensional and cannot see beyond the end of his nose.

Dave I am glad you have seen Leona's talent. I seem to remember you thought she was shit. Cole sang well to be fair and she has a wonderful pair of puppies hiding underneath her blouse.

I was there as well. Very good night. Spoilt a little by the gap in between each artist.

I can also assure Paul is a wanker, very boring and his songs annoy the living daylights out of me.

You should have sold your tickets - with an attitude like that you clearly no NOTHING about music, not sure why you bothered!!

McCartney a 'boring wanker'...er, right. Tell the other 5499 people singing along to "Hey Jude" that...

Don't think you did on here. But you did say...

I am not sure the world needs another Maria carey/Jlo/Celine Dion type of singer, but I am old aso what do I know!

Leona has a fab voice with zero personality......?

I think she is the brightest talent in the country at the moment.

Then god help us all.

US you need to be f***ing shot for that comment. Without Sir Paul there would be no music like there is today i think you'll find. He is the greatest living songwriter and Gary is nothing compared to him. He has written so many hit songs it is uncountable. It was his idea that brought about the most groundbreaking album ever to have been made, he wrote most of those songs. His song Yesterday is the most covered song ever. He has also sold around a billion records with the Beatles. The facts speak for themselves. You waste of spaces need to get a life away from wanking over Gary and Mark and get into the real world. Mccartney will never be a has been, he is one of the finest things that has ever come out of England, and no one will ever be like him again.

Loved the Hey Jude singalong at the end; it must have been great to have been there.
To the NSCers that were there, did you give a na na na na Brighton during the chorus?
It was quality at Southampton!
