Quite fancy taking the family out for a fairly priced slap up pub lunch. Not too bothered about the ale today, more so the food and the kiddies entertainment.
Can anyone recommend somewhere please?

Thanks

The swiss in Shoreham or the crabtree. The crab has a nice beer garden with a free bouncy castle normally.

Funny as we live a stones throw from both, my wife suggested the cottage but I'd quite like to try something new, perhaps a bit out in the country or something. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Swiss cottage could be a great pub but the owners not got a clue how to run a pub , service is abysmal never enough staff massive cues for food & drink

Try the Snowdrop in Lewes.

Very child friendly and upstairs is practically a creche.

I think they normally have some bank holiday entertainment too.

Wish I was there......
