Sad thing is, BLiar's stance was totally transparent at the time. Seriously crap that NSC did a reboot round about the time of the illegal and immoral invasion of 2003, Cos there was some cracking debate on here at the time. The reboot also wiped out most of the Falmer Inquiry reports by the estimable [MENTION=6]Lord Bracknell[/MENTION]. Timing of the reboot SUCKED bigtime. Though obviously no fault of the custodian(s) of the site, to whom total respect is due.
