As a teenager their songs actually used to help me with my problems in a weird way, so i have always loved them, this is very sad news. RIP Chester.

That's really sad news. Their first two albums Hybrid Theory & Meteora are classics. Have always loved rock but hated rap. Curiously they managed to combine the singing styles perfectly.

Not normally one to post on these threads, but such a waste of a life. Loved the early LP stuff and never get tired of listening to it.

The metal/rap thing I've always enjoyed. I am genuinely feel saddened by this news.

Just goes to show, money and fame isn't everything.
