Now this is what I call a hero - landed his plane on the Hudson River as if it was a runway - double checked plane twice to make sure no one was left on the plane and was the last man out- I salute you

What a hero this man is. Holding his nerve to land the thing without smashing it up and sinking is one thing; to then walk up and down the aisle twice to check all passangers and crew were off safely before being the last person to exit is balls of steel stuff.
