Assuming West Brom, Stoke and Southampton go down, which players would you like to see Albion snatching from their squads? I'd say...

1) Jay Rodriguez, but that might not go down too well in the dressing room...
2) Ryan Bertrand - probably couldn't afford him and there would be no shortage of bigger clubs sniffing around
3) Charlie Austin - we've been linked with him before and he'd be a good fit
4) And nobody from Stoke.

Can we now wait until we're safe?

We’ll carry on signing players from abroad that most of us have never heard off. We will not be paying overinflated prices for players who basically failed in the Premier League this season imo. This will be regardless of which division we are in.

Our key area to look at is central midfield and I can't see such a player from those 3 teams that we'd want.

Better value strikers elsewhere too.

No thank you! He's a bit of a tosser and forget about him being a good fit, he's just not fit at all!

Not saying we should buy Bertrand, although he is pretty decent. My point now is that we would be a second term premier league club and actually we could afford the likes of him

If money was no object I like to think we'd have conversations about:

Ward Prowse
Bertrand
Lemina
Shaqiri (his attitude stinks though, my only worry)
Jonny Evans to replace Dunk

Nobody can convince me otherwise but he is definitely carrying a bit of timber also...

I've a feeling that Hojbjerg is better than he is currently showing at Saints. He's only 22 as well. Matt Targett as well would be a more than decent backup LB.

Also Olly Burke and James McCLean if they were discounted heavily.
