The EPL are trying to agree a new rule that player spend (fees, agents and wages) cannot exceed 70% of turnover, according to @El Pres. With difficulty.
Chelsea, Manure and Arsenal are each on colossal player spends, according to the media Arsenal are going for it yet again in January (after the very best players in Serie A). How does that work with zero CL income for many years now?
Seems like Boehly, Glazer and Kroenke are maximising their cheating, before UEFA and EPL take it up a further notch.
A sport/business with very few scruples.
