Looks like another season of hoping 3 other teams are shitter then Brighton, Watford look it, we will find out if Norwich and Villa are very soon, bit with Spurs, Utd, Liverpool and Arsenal to play in the next 8 games the Brighton points count heading into December could look very bad.

Since we’ve been in the PL, the following clubs have beaten Chelski:

Wolves
Bmuff (twice)
Watford
CP
Newcastle
Burnley

Including some thrashings and victories at Stamford Bridge.

For us LLLLL and each one one-sided. We can’t keep saying that we never stood a chance anyway, everything’s alright.

Tough ask today with squad options and the opposition but some very frustrating individual errors takeaway from an otherwise decent effort. Personally I remain positive and feel we are making progress.

Better for what, though? We've managed less goals so far than our start to either of the past two seasons.
Possession is all well and good, but (as we remember from the Poyet days) if you don't actually do much with it, it's a little pointless?

Not being negative, but given how things are panning out it does seem that players like Kayal, Knockhaert, Locadia and Andone could potentially make some sort of valuable contribution to proceedings were they not out on loan.

Well I’d rather watch us play a bit and have a go and go down 2-0 than backs against the wall with no chance! At least we had a go. We just need to cut out the silly mistakes at the back. There’s nothing wrong with going long from the keeper away from home.

Squad is thin certainly when it comes to players with the ability to stick the ball in the net.
Alzate would be worth a CM place alongside Stephens and Propper when fit.
Games like today won’t dictate if we stay up but the missed opportunities v Burnley Newcastle West Ham and Southampton look much more costly
Football is good and you can see the idea behind how we play but we are still toothless in final 3rd
