Yes indeed and it would be shameful to suggest they've had a lucky draw at any point in the competition.

There is no way that by the semi Chelsea will be anything other in in great shape off the pitch and so on the pitch they will be reminiscent of their recent cup successes.

With Man City in the other semi, potentially against Liverpool, I have no concern at all that Palace might win a trophy. However the usual rules apply: I support Brighton and then I support absolutely anyone who's playing Palace. If Palace played Crazed Sex Cannibals FC, managed by Charles Manson and owned by Satan himself, I'd be on the side of the pointy beards. I've supported Man United against them, so I can't sink any lower.

I’m with Stato’s sentiments BUT…I want them to beat Chelsea, then lose to Liverpool in the final. That is the perfect scenario here for what is a very awkward situation.

Palarse v. Chelski I couldn't give a tom-tit about. Liverpool trashing Palarse in the final at Wembley sounds OK to me though.

**** Palace. Always, without exception, **** Palace.

Excellent draw this. Chelsea are pretty reliable, and Palace will not be allowed to play the little blonde **** who charges around all game.

Palace now lost one in ten. Going to Wembley. Three straight clean sheets. All coinciding with our implosion.

I’m well and truly sick of this season now. So much promise gone to pot. Feel the entire club needs the reset that comes with the close season. Just need to make sure we don’t forget to acquire a few more points first.

Ah! I'd forgotten about that. I've cheered up a bit now.

Apparently that rule only applies to the premier league games.
I believe he can play, unless cup-tied

What a great day, I was pretty merry by the time I got home.
This season has been much more enjoyable than I could ever have imagined, long may it continue.
Can we beat Chelsea? Why not .

Come on PALACE

great team. Playing entertaining exciting attacking football and know where the goal is. Great to watch.

Getting on it large for palace to win the whole thing.

Please give your head a wobble

Amazing isn't it?, Everyone mocking them pre season as they hardly had any players.
Fair play to them though, they buy players who actually play in the first team and Chuck in the odd loan.

I'm not wetting the bed just yet. A few weeks ago I don't think many of us were jealous of Palace. Not that much has changed, just a run of good/bad results. Fair play to them though.

I hope Chelsea absolutely ****ing smash them.

At the moment they are a lot better team than us , hate to say it , but we are so bad at the moment

Yes, fair play to you. Me? I'm hoping Putin starts WW3 before you get a chance to win the FA Cup. I won't have to pick a side then.

Note to the more sensitive souls: That is an example of 'Gallows Humour' and I don't really mean it. Obviously the two can't be compared and Putin destroying the world would be FAR worse than Palace winning the FA Cup.

Wouldn't it?

Chelsea to beat Palace. They were one of the first teams outside the Albion to catch my eye in the world of football in the days of Bobby Tambling, then Charlie Cook et al. My sister had a flat in Chelsea and still does to this day. Then there was THAT MATCH against dirty Leeds, an original North v South thriller. No I'm not a fan but, despite the Abramovitch issue, they remain the only other Prem team for whom I have a tiny affinity. I don't HATE Palace, like I hate Bournemouth, Spurs, Man Utd, but I really don't like them and don't want the FA Cup semi going any better than ours did. Gallager won't be playing and Chelsea turning on the style to batter them would suit me just fine even if it does mean that graceless **** Tuchel gets another final on his CV.
P.S. surely it's time the North Stand stopped singing Stand Up if you hate Palace unless we're actually playing them. Hardly anybody does stand up apart from a few random kids dotted around and it does nothing to lift the team which is what we really need. I thought against Spurs it made us look just a bit tinpot with our local rivalry that nobody else understands.

How about an asteroid suddenly falls out of the sky and obliterates both sides?

Presume the FA have a rule about who then goes through?
