Why on earth would they want someone with a successful track record of working with young players when they've just spent 600 million buying "over-ready" stars?
Because that's not what they've done.

They've spent that money buying amongst the very best young players on the planet. They're already excellent players but have room to develop further still.

Look at the ages of their signings, all young players who have also been very good.

Chelsea are interested in replacing under-fire manager Graham Potter with Italian Roberto de Zerbi, the 43-year-old who took over from Potter at Brighton after the Englishman, 47, joined Chelsea last September. (Football Insider)

I hope TB has put in a £40m+ release fee in RDZ’s contract. I also hope, like Potter, RDZ gets himself a longer contract in the summer. He is way to smart to even think about those Chelsea cant’s.
14m euros I read, which surprised me. Maybe an insight more into RDZ compared to Potter at the start

Question is, would you take Potter back if RDZ went to Chelsea?
Luckily, there's a thread for that...
