Oh well, if we do lose groundstaff to Chelsea then I'm sure any replacements we get in will, once again, prove themselves capable of doing a much better job.

Think this might be to do with the number of injuries they’ve sustained this year.
Could be.

Still, harsh environment. Any head groundsman in the Premier League or Championship would be the best groundsman in the entire league in any other country (or at least that was the case before basically every big club in Europe found their own English pitch-lads).
