Was there really 6,000 there? Other than a half decent repetitive Chelsea Chelsea Chelsea song on the 64th minute where were they? They were louder outside the stadium in an odious obnoxious way. Dreadful tossers.

Agree. f***ing wankers. Giving it the big one on the train, singing about Kier Starmer. Weird weird bunch. Inside, barely heard a thing.

Dreadfully quiet. Never like that back in the day. Must all be Cobham corporate types. Hope we didn’t run out of Rose for them.

Neither here nor there
Came into Falmer from Brighton on the train in the company of some gobby Chelsea fans. I was kind of hoping they’d maintain their obnoxious levels of homophobia inside the stadium so we might see a few Neanderthals hooked by the Sussex constabulary but their bravery clearly deserted them.

I'll say one thing for Chelsea fans I saw tonight, they have been consistent since the 1970s... consistently obnoxious. If you are a total gobsh1te and live anywhere between Tooting Broardway and Guildford then Chelsea are the club for you.

I don't understand how 6000 away fans could be so quiet.
I think it was because they (a) are terrible fans, and (b) were watching their team stink out the Amex with a hilariously insipid performance considering the £1.6 billion spent on their squad.

A shocker of a performance from their team, start to finish? Telegraph reckoned they were incredibly poor including Palmer, whilst the Albion were great.

Teams dictate their supports mojo?
