I'm on Vista, and want to know how I can change the colour of the appearance I currently have on my computer.

I went the Control Panel>Appearance and Personalization>Appearance Setting way but this just give me the options to change the appearance of the pop-up boxes.

How do I actually change the appearance of the programs and the little toolbar at the bottom. Anybody know?

That unfortunatley doesn't give me the option of changing the background colour :(

All it does is let me change the scheme, I know there's a way of just changing the colour completly, but I forgot how to do it :thud:

I've just read a Windows Vista manual that has a suggestion. I can't test it here as I don't have Vista but I'll try it at home and PM you if it works.
