CET , the way to go

GMT was set when most people had very early starts e.g. in agriculture.

With most people now working with a later start than that, it would be great if stayed lighter later than the awful 4.15 in winter.

In addition, ROSPA and Government surveys have shown there would be fewer accidents overall.
