Sign up Elliot Bennett for longer.

Bring back Murray, and get Ulloa back on loan.

Boot out OGrady, Baldock and CMS.

Reason I've put this post on here is to find out what fans want to see different in the team..

What I'd like to see is a new RB Calderon (love the guy) but is too slow and is always out of position and Bruno doesn't really cut it for me, So in January Window go get a young RB if we don't secure Halford for the rest of the season cause he would be better at RB for us...

We've got El Benno back which is great cause he gives us that extra momentum in the midfield, But maybe go a search for a RM LuaLua I am really starting to lose faith with him he does too much on the ball and then goes wondering into the middle of the park and loses us width on the wing, Now Craig Noone would be a good shout to come back to the amex his not in the starting line-up for Cardiff..

Now to the Strikers - There all firing blanks at the moment , I would get rid of O'Grady and keep CMS Baldock and Colunga, But I would defo bring in another either sign a striker or loan one lol , Who would I want to see in squad would be Glenn Murray again, some of you hate him many fans I speak to would love to see him back at the club he knows where the net is and certainly doing it at Reading at the moment another would be Gary Hooper from Norwich also I've heard bobby to return..

What do you fans think? :albion2::bhasign::albion2::bhasign::albion2:
I think your deluded.

hahahahahahahahahaha.

You've never actually watched Greg Halford play, have you?

The only explanation for this signing could be that we wanted to sign Harding and Forest said no but we could have Halford instead.

He has got height (only advantage he has got) so he could shore up the defence for the last ten minutes if needed because both Greer and sub Hughes get injured.

Loan Players for Emergencies and first team trials

As best policy I would send all the loan players back (certainly for next season) unless a permanent deal or longer deal can be signed.

Try and find replacements for the over 30s for next season. Extend Lualua contract, if possible.

So a new striker, speedy right-winger

Next season: right back, left back.

A goalscorer and a very good right back.

In the SH system the full backs need to be two of the best players in the team but at the moment our left back is OK and our right backs are too old to do the job being asked of them.

Get players who are already familiar with the style of play that SH is trying to instill.

From the BBC website's description of wingbacks:

They are usually employed in a formation that includes just three players in midfield. Err, Sami

This allows the wing-backs to supply all of the width in the team.

Because their job is to attack, there will usually be an extra central defender to give more defensive cover. Hey, Sami - you seeing this?

To be a useful wing-back, you've got to be good at all parts of the game. Sami, you there?

Fit, strong, good with both feet, a great tackler, an amazing passer and a fine crosser of the ball. Oi, Sami - you do know this, right? Ah - never mind.

So - to play our current tactics - we need Philipp Lahm and Dani Alves - should be easy enough.

Hyypia to commit to change to 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1, in both cases with the full backs playing as full backs. That would go half way there.
A dominating mid-fielder (to bring the best out of our much-of-muchness bunch of average midfielders) and a decent striker (to replace some of the existing strikers) should then complete the job. I'd also like to have a fourth centre back for cover - I don't think it's wise to try and run with three.
