Hawkins isnt in the Football League having played only 74 games but in the Irish League (equivalent to our Conference) he has played 228 games.

Dicker is excellent, Crofts has played well but this is still the wrong combo in midfied we need an attacking 'playmaker'.
The 2 wingers have been OK but not set the world alight - I liked the look of max gradle ? the leicester bloke - somebody who will take on defenders and put in crosses.

I think defense will be OK with the correct combination - but if we do go up in the next few years -will need an ex prem experienced head in there.

Coaching staff are just crap - get rid.

Change the formation and put a defensive midfielder in front of the defence with another 2 central midfielders and move to a 4-3-3. Start playing Wright at centre back
