Anything which the ref deems timewasting, he adds on double the time.

Physio's on the pitch whilst the game continues

Ref's to march free kicks 10 yards forward, for dissent/encroachment again

Published lists every week of all players found guilty of diving, (or deliberately handballing ala Suarez?!?) with an automatic ban

Standardised pitch sizes (where possible) to prevent Stoke/Allardyce style hoofball

I like that rule, but I'd have it where the referee stops play when the ball goes out/fouls/treatment. Would stop a lot of feigning injuries and be correct for the time.

Sorry, broke the rule. Agree with the above, too many arguments over added on time.
Stop subs in the last 5 minutes unless absolutely necessary, if not deffo last minute subs.

Play around injured players if they are just receiving treatment from the physio unless they have been fouled. That would f*** up Warnock like cheating and save all the pratting about and the wait whilst they limp slowly off the pitch, only to sprint back like a greyhound as soon as play resumes.

Once the 30 minutes extra time in cup games is required because of a draw at 90 minutes then reduce both teams to 9 players for the first ten minutes, then to 7 players after ten minutes and then 5 players for the last ten minutes. That hopefully will mean the likleyhood of needing a penalty shootout would be reduced plus it would also show the tactical nouse of the manager to decide which effective players to leave on the pitch to get the result.

Only the Captain can approach and/or speak to the ref or assistant refs. Would prevent the unsightly surrounding and harassment of refs. No doubt Ferguson would object, though.

3 points = win. 2 points = a score draw. and 1 point = for a bore draw.

A lot of 0-0 draws going into the 85th minute would suspiciously turn into 1-1 draws.

When a player gets injured, by being fouled, both the injured player AND the person who committed the foul should have to leave the pitch, not just the injured player?

Why should the player (and team) who has been fouled be penalised, and be off the pitch, whilst the person who committed the foul is still on the pitch?

Substituted players to leave the pitch at the nearest possible point

Players that shield the ball while it trickles off the pitch with no attempt to play it concede a free kick for obstruction.

Yellow card for kicking the ball away.....o.k. I know thats already a rule but you'd never think it was .

The risk of injury would substantially increase as players try to make up ground in the wide open spaces. Would be a farce.

A successful Penenka penalty would count for double, both in a game and a shoot-out.

If two automatically go up, if the third place team is more than 7 points ahead of the fourth place club, there are no play-offs for that season and the third place club goes up.

They'd be easy to save.
Also, play-offs are exciting, and if the team in 3rd place is so much better than 4th, 5th and 6th, surely they should able to get through the play-offs anyway?

The winners of the FA Cup get a Champion's League spot, along with the winners of the Premier League, runners-up in the Premier League then play-offs from 3rd-6th (if a team in the top 6 wins the FA Cup, just work around them).
