Sorry if this has been done before but i don't remember seeing it...

BRIGHTON

Nickname: The Seagulls
Ground: Withdean Stadium
Capacity: 6,960
Position last season: 4th in Division Two (won play-offs)
Manager: Mark McGhee (October 2003)

In: Maheta Molango (Atletico Madrid), Albert Jarrett
Out: Stuart Jones, Geoff Pitcher, Mark Windsor.

BBC Sport verdict: With three promotions and one relegation in the last four years, the Seagulls could be forgiven for wanting a boring mid-table finish. This is certainly achieveable - but is the long-awaited new stadium?
Key man: Danny Cullip.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

BURNLEY

Nickname: The Clarets
Ground: Turf Moor
Capacity: 22,546
Last season: 19th
Manager: Steve Cotterill (June 2004)

In: John McGreal (Ipswich), Michael Duff (Cheltenham, £30,000), Micah Hyde (Watford), Frank Sinclair (Leicester), Danny Coyne (Leicester, £25,000).
Out: Glen Little (Reading), Dean West (Lincoln), Mark McGregor (Blackpool), Paul Weller, David May, Alan Moore.

BBC Sport verdict: With Stan Ternent gone after seven eventful years, Steve Cotterill must steady the ship and try to avoid another battle against relegation. His first job will be to shore up a notoriously leaky defence.
Key man: Robbie Blake.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

CARDIFF CITY

Nickname: The Bluebirds
Ground: Ninian Park
Capacity: 19,000
Last season: 13th
Manager: Lennie Lawrence (February 2002)

In: Lee Bullock (York, £100,000), Scott Allison (York), Robert Page (Sheff Utd), Tony Warner (Millwall).
Out: Spencer Prior, Gavin Gordon (Notts County), Mark Bonner (Oldham).

BBC Sport verdict: Their success could depend on how long star striker Robert Earnshaw stays, but Robert Page will boost the backline and a more consistent campaign could see the Bluebirds around the play-off places.
Key man: Robert Earnshaw.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

COVENTRY CITY

Nickname: The Sky Blues
Ground: Highfield Road
Capacity: 23,633
Last season: 12th
Manager: Peter Reid (May 2004)

In: Stephen Hughes (Charlton), Bjarni Gudjonsson (VfL Bochum), Neil Wood (Manchester United, free), Tim Sherwood (Portsmouth), Louis Carey (Bristol City), Eddie Johnson (Man Utd, loan).
Out: Mo Konjic (Derby), Julian Joachim (Leeds), Michael Briscoe (Macclesfield), Youssef Safri (Norwich, £500,000), Gavin Ward (Preston), Pegguy Arphexad, Dean Gordon, Barry Quinn, Onandi Lowe.

BBC Sport verdict: Inconsistency denied a talented young squad a shout in the play-offs. New manager Peter Reid will need to address gaps at centre-back and central midfield to make the Sky Blues credible promotion candidates.
Key man: Gary McSheffrey.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

CREWE ALEXANDRA

Nickname: The Railwaymen/Alex
Ground: Gresty Road
Capacity: 10,046
Last season: 18th
Manager: Dario Gradi (June 1983)

In: Andy White (Mansfield), Ben Williams (Man Utd), Mark Rivers (Norwich).
Out: Allan Smart (MK Dons), David Wright (Wigan, undisclosed), Dave Brammer (Stoke), Ade Bankole, Ian Jeffs.

BBC Sport verdict: Having been promoted the year before, Crewe consolidated their place in the division under the astute guidance of Dario Gradi. The goals of Dean Ashton and Steve Jones will once again be crucial.
Key man: Dean Ashton.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DERBY COUNTY

Nickname: The Rams
Ground: Pride Park
Capacity: 33,597
Last season: 20th
Manager: George Burley (March 2003)

In: Morten Bisgaard (FC Copenhagen), Mo Konjic (Coventry), Tommy Smith (Sunderland), Inigo Idiakez (Rayo Vallecano).
Out: Chris Palmer (Notts County), Youl Mawene, Manel, Jimmy Turner, Lewis Hunt (Southend).

BBC Sport verdict: Having staved off relegation last time around, Derby could be a surprise package this season after a summer of clever purchases from boss George Burley. Outside bet for a play-off spot.
Key man: Morten Bisgaard.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

GILLINGHAM

Nickname: The Gills
Ground: Priestfield Stadium
Capacity: 10,952
Last season: 21st
Manager: Andy Hessenthaler (June 2000)

In: Iwan Roberts (Norwich), Darren Byfield (Sunderland).
Out: Kevin James (Nottingham Forest), Rod Wallace, Gary Wales (Kilmarnock), Betrand Bossu (Torquay, loan).

BBC Sport verdict: Having survived relegation by a whisker player-boss Andy Hessenthaler will want to push up the table, but limited resources could point towards another difficult season.
Key man: Darren Byfield.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

IPSWICH TOWN

Nickname: The Blues/Tractor Boys
Ground: Portman Road
Capacity: 30,300
Last season: 5th (lost in play-off semi-finals)
Manager: Joe Royle (October 2002)

In: Jason de Vos (Wigan), Kevin Horlock (West Ham)
Out: John McGreal (Burnley), Marcus Bent (Everton, £450,000), Jermaine Wright (Leeds), Matt Robinson (Cambridge), Chris Makin (Leicester), Alun Armstrong, Chris-Bart Williams.

BBC Sport verdict: The Tractor Boys missed out in the play-offs last time but boss Joe Royle is experienced enough to make sure his players are primed for another crack at promotion.
Key man: Tommy Miller.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

LEEDS

Nickname: The Whites
Ground: Elland Road
Capacity: 40,204
Last season: 19th in the Premiership (relegated)
Manager: Kevin Blackwell (May 2004)

In: Julian Joachim (Coventry), Danny Pugh (Man Utd), Paul Butler (Wolves), Clarke Carlisle (QPR), Michael Ricketts (Middlesbrough), Jermaine Wright (Ipswich), Matthew Spring (Luton), Danny Cadamarteri (Bradford), Brian Deane (West Ham).
Out: Alan Smith (Man Utd, £7m), Paul Robinson (Tottenham, £1.5m), Michael Bridges (Bolton, Jason Wilcox (Leicester), Mark Viduka (Middlesbrough, £4.5m), Ian Harte (Levante), Nick Barmby (Hull), Stephen McPhail (Barnsley), James Milner (Newcastle £3.6m), Dominic Matteo (Blackburn), Chris Armstrong (Rochdale), David Batty.

BBC Sport verdict: Manager Kevin Blackwell faces a huge task to take Leeds straight back into the Premiership. It will take a brand new team time to gel and the Elland Road fans must be patient as the club acclimatises to its new surroundings.
Key man: Michael Ricketts.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

LEICESTER

Nickname: The Foxes
Ground: The Walkers Stadium
Capacity: 32,500
Last season: 18th in the Premiership (relegated)
Manager: Micky Adams (April 2002)

In: Dion Dublin (Aston Villa), Gareth Williams (Nottingham Forest, tribunal), Jason Wilcox (Leeds), Danny Tiatto (Man City), David Connolly (West Ham, £500,000), Martin Keown (Arsenal), Kevin Pressman (Sheff Wed), Chris Makin (Ipswich), Nathan Blake (Wolves).
Out: Muzzy Izzet (Birmingham), Riccardo Scimeca (West Brom, £100,000), Paul Dickov (Blackburn, £150,000), Ben Thatcher (Man City, £100,000), Frank Sinclair (Burnley), Billy McKinlay (Fulham), Junior Lewis (Hull), Alan Rogers Nottingham Forest), Andy Impey (Nottingham Forest), Paul Brooker (Reading), Callum Davidson (Preston), Danny Coyne (Burnley, £25,000), Les Ferdinand (Bolton), Nicolas Priet (Doncaster), Tom Williamson, Craig Hignett, Steffen Freund, Paul Murphy.

BBC Sport verdict: The Foxes have swooped for players with real experience to cushion the blow of relegation, and it would be foolish to bet against them. Their physical presence will be difficult to match.
Key man: David Connolly.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

MILLWALL

Nickname: The Lions
Ground: The New Den
Capacity: 20,146
Last season: 10th
Manager: Dennis Wise (October 2003)

In: Jody Morris (Rotherham), Graham Stack (Arsenal, season-long loan).
Out: Kevin Braniff (Rushden, loan), John Sutton (Dundee, season-long loan), Abou Fofana, Stuart Nethercott, Ronnie Bull, Tony Warner (Cardiff), Robbie Ryan (Bristol Rovers), Tim Cahill (Everton, £2m),

BBC Sport verdict: Much will be expected of Dennis Wise's men after reaching the FA Cup final, but Tim Cahill's departure is a big loss and Wise turns 38 in December. The Lions may have to settle for mid-table.
Key man: Danny Dichio.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

NOTTINGHAM FOREST

Nickname: The Reds
Ground: City Ground
Capacity: 30,602
Last season: 14th
Manager: Joe Kinnear (February 2004)

In: Kevin James (Gillingham), Andy Impey (Leicester), Alan Rogers (Leicester), Kris Commons (Stoke, tribunal), Paul Gerrard (Everton).
Out: Gareth Williams (Leicester, tribunal), Neil Morgan (Macclesfield), Andy Haskins, Matt Bodkin, Pascal Formann, Scott Tynan, Danny Sonner, Des Walker.

BBC Sport verdict: Joe Kinnear will be hoping Forest can carry on their form from the end of last season, but a long-term injury to Michael Dawson and a severe lack of funds could hamper any promotion push.
Key man: David Johnson.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PLYMOUTH

Nickname: The Pilgrims
Ground: Home Park
Capacity: 20,134
Last season: Division Two champions (promoted)
Manager: Bobby Williamson (April 2004)

In: Stevie Crawford (Dunfermline), Matthias Doumbe (Hibernian), Lee Makel (Livingston), Steven Milne (Dundee), Keith Lasley (Motherwell).
Out: Jason Bent , Matt Villis (Torquay, season-long loan), Martin Phillips (Torquay).

BBC Sport verdict: Winning Division Two was a terrific effort last season, especially with boss Paul Sturrock leaving for Southampton in March. The Pilgrims will find life considerably harder this season but should have enough to avoid the drop.
Key man: Stevie Crawford.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PRESTON NORTH END

Nickname: The Lilywhites
Ground: Deepdale
Capacity: 21,412
Last season: 15th
Manager: Craig Brown (April 2002)

Out: Michael Jackson (Tranmere, Michael Keane (Hull, £50,000), David Lucas (Sheff Wed), Rob Edwards (Blackpool), Paul Carvill (Accrington), Folawiyo Onijube (Barnsley), Lee Briscoe, George Koumantarakis.

BBC Sport verdict: After a very up and down season North End will be looking for a more consistent showing this term, but much depends on whether they can get striker Ricardo Fuller back to full fitness.
Key man: Ricardo Fuller.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

QPR

Nickname: Rangers
Ground: Loftus Road
Capacity: 19,148
Last season: Division Two runners-up (promoted)
Manager: Ian Holloway (February 2001)

In: Lee Cook (Watford, tribunal).
Out: Clarke Carlisle (Leeds), Steve Palmer (MK Dons), Dennis Oli, Richard Pacquette, Ben Walshe, Terrell Forbes.

BBC Sport verdict: Ian Holloway's side deservedly clinched promotion on the last day of the season. They have since lost Clarke Carlisle to Leeds but if they keep the rest of the squad together should have no worries about relegation.
Key man: Kevin Gallen.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

READING

Nickname: The Royals
Ground: Madejski Stadium
Capacity: 24,200
Last season: 9th
Manager: Steve Coppell (October 2003)

Out: Jamie Ashdown (Portsmouth), Andre Boucaud (Peterborough), John Salako (Brentford), Kevin Watson (Colchester), Richard Bouton (Torquay), Joe Gamble, Kelvin Jack, Andre Fashanu.

BBC Sport verdict: Though Reading flirted with the play-offs last season, their campaign was about consolidation after the acrimonious departure of boss Alan Pardew. Pardew's mentor Steve Coppell has since stamped his own mark and is eyeing a top-six finish in his first full term.
Key man: Dave Kitson.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ROTHERHAM UNITED

Nickname: The Millers
Ground: Millmoor
Capacity: 11,514
Last season: 17th
Manager: Ronnie Moore (May 1997)

In: Robbie Stockdale (Middlesbrough), Phil Gilchrist (West Brom), Paolo Vernazza (Watford), Paul McLaren (Sheff Wed).
Out: Guy Branston (Sheff Wed), Julien Baudet (Notts County).

BBC Sport verdict: Survival will once again be the aim for Ronnie Moore's men and some prudent close-season signings will aid the Millers' fight against the drop. Keeping hold of Moore could again prove crucial.
Key man: Martin Butler.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

SHEFFIELD UNITED

Nickname: The Blades
Ground: Bramall Lane
Capacity: 30,936
Last season: 8th
Manager: Neil Warnock (December 1999)

In: Jon Harley (Fulham), Barry Hayles (Fulham), Alan Quinn (Sheff Wed), Leigh Bromby (Sheff Wed), Andy Liddell (Wigan), Phil Barnes (Blackpool), Paul Thirlwell (Sunderland).
Out: Mark Rankine (Tranmere), Colin Cryan (Scarborough), Wayne Allison (Chesterfield), Robert Page (Cardiff), Andy Parkinson (Grimsby), Ashley Sestanovich (Grimsby, season-long loan), Mike Whitlow, Danny Wood, Kristian Rogers.

BBC Sport verdict: The Blades narrowly missed out on the play-offs, but boss Neil Warnock has added Premiership experience to his ranks and the wily Yorkshireman is set fair for another real crack at the top flight.
Key man: Michael Tonge.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

STOKE CITY

Nickname: The Potters
Ground: Britannia Stadium
Capacity: 28,384
Last season: 11th

In: Dave Brammer (Crewe), Steve Simonsen (Everton).
Out: Peter Hoekstra, Jermaine Palmer (Vikingur loan), Richard Keogh (Vikingur loan), Neil Cutler (Stockport), Kris Commons (Nottingham Forest, tribunal), Gareth Owen (Torquay, loan).

BBC Sport verdict: After a fabulous season last time, Stoke will harbour aspirations of reaching the play-offs. But in a stronger division they must first and foremost concentrate on maintaining their Championship status.
Key man: Gerry Taggart.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

SUNDERLAND

Nickname: The Black Cats
Ground: Stadium of Light
Capacity: 48,300
Last season: 3rd (lost in play-off semi-finals)

BBC Sport verdict: Sunderland boss Mick McCarthy has turned to youth after losing in the play-offs last year. The Black Cats have set their sights on automatic promotion and look good enough for at least another shot via the play-offs.
Key man: Julio Arca.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WATFORD

Nickname: The Hornets
Ground: Vicarage Road
Capacity: 22,000
Last season: 16th

BBC Sport verdict: The Hornets face another tough campaign after a disappointing summer, with only two new faces at Vicarage Road. They are severely limited by finances and could struggle to beat the drop.
Key man: Paul Devlin.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WEST HAM

Nickname: The Hammers
Ground: Upton Park
Capacity: 35,500
Last season: 4th (lost in play-off final)

In: Jimmy Walker (Walsall), Teddy Sheringham (Portsmouth), Sergei Rebrov (Spurs).
Out: Brian Deane (Leeds) Rob Lee, Daryl McMahon, David Forde, Shaun Byrne, Kevin Horlock (Ipswich), San Lee (Brentford), David Connolly (Leicester, £500,000), Elliott Ward (Peterborough, loan).

BBC Sport verdict: Missed out in the play-off final and with more experience of this league they must be among the favourites for automatic promotion. Teddy Sheringham and Sergei Rebrov are shrewd signings and in tandem could cause havoc.
Key man: Teddy Sheringham.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WIGAN

Nickname: The Latics
Ground: JJB Stadium
Capacity: 25,000
Last season: 7th

Out: Jason de Vos (Ipswich), Andy Liddell (Sheff Utd).

BBC Sport verdict: The Latics continue to splash the cash and they will certainly fancy their chances of the play-offs after just missing out last time. Look like a side full of goals.
Key man: Jason Roberts.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WOLVERHAMPTON WANDERERS

Nickname: Wolves
Ground: Molineux
Capacity: 28,525
Last season: 20th in the Premiership (relegated)

Out: Paul Butler (Leeds), Denis Irwin, Alex Rae (Rangers), JJ Melligan (Cheltenham, £25,000) Nathan Blake, Steffen Iversen, Oleg Luzhny, Isaac Okoronkwo.

BBC Sport verdict: Will be very difficult to beat and the purchase of Nigerian international Seyi Olofinjana to partner Paul Ince in midfield gives them a powerful presence. Top-six spot as a minimum.
Key man: Carl Cort.

I'd agree with most of it.
Though I think Etherington, Rebrov or Harewood could be the key man over Teddy. Also we've signed Luke Chadwick as well.

They only tip watford for the drop, but the key men for every team except Brighton & Stoke are strikers. For us & stoke they have named central defenders...that tells a story.

They'll not wrong though with us

Our strength is defending, although we scored frequently last season
