here and there
Noticed this morning that Ceefax refers to a Daily Mirror article where David Moyes is expressing interest in Dan Harding. Has anyone read this in the Mirror?

 now everton are loaded...well sort of....they can look to buy players..but still i would never have thought harding would crop up!

now how much would we accept for him considering our financial situation, if they did offer?

2 million would be nice at this time :dunce:

realistically i would say we would push for around 350k at least considering his is a 'future international!' *

If we have to sell one of our young stars lets hope we build in the necessary clause....sell on, international appearances etc!

Minimum £750k + sell-on and international clause - but I hope we keep him.

Of course, this could be something to do with his agent negotiating a new contract with us.

Dan Harding doesn't want to leave us and it's up to the club to get his contract sorted out now: See here

thats funny 750k

we will never get that

750k, ffs.dream on

you struggle to get that for most established div1 players

Anything over £150k would be fantastic business. Although I find it hard to believe that David Moyes would take the plunge if he saw Dan play first hand.

Desert Orchid that is the best joke de jour on here for many a month :lolol:

If we get offered anything over £150k for him we should bite off their hands. He just doesnt look like hes ever going to be a solid left back imo.

I don't think Everton are the only Premier league club interested either. I fear he'll be off at the end of the season when he's out of contract. Will still get something as he's under 24 but not sure how much

I thought he made a timely interception in the box against Gillingham, and the ball was cleared away nicely.

If we have to sell, then £300,000 would be a useful contribution to the pot. Plus of course, any chance of a sell-on clause/international appearence clause must be put into the contract IMHO ;)

If you read the Argus interview, that Desert Orchid highlighted, there's a definite Mark Williams moment:-
"But the lads made me feel welcome from the moment I got there, which was nice. :clap2:
