[Drinking] CBD drinks (Trip etc)

I've tried these a couple of times now and they just seems like a massive load of nonsense. I was not expecting much, but I was hoping to experience the sense of calm that they purport to deliver so that they might replace my after work de-stress beer. But nothing. In fact instead of a sense of calm all I felt was a sense of resentment at having paid c£2 for a small can of poorly flavoured fizzy water.

has anyone had a better experience?

Through drinks, or another way? I'm wondering if the drinks are just too low a dosage to feel any effect.

Tempted to start vaping some - does it help with pains etc etc

I'm a rubbish sleeper and find CBD tea helps. These days I mostly have ZMA tablets which help too but are cheaper, just give freaky dreams sometimes.
