Actually thinking about it I think it will be Bingham. the reason is that people are voting for who they want to WIN with the lowest votes polled being booted first.

In that scenario I can see Bingham going as there are a few weirdos that actually seem to like Burns so he will pick up a few votes, whereas Bingham is so much like the wallpaper that I cant see anybody voting for her to win the thing at all.
