What kind of STAINES are you dealing with Mr B ?
Has there been some kind of an unfortunate / unsavoury incident over the weekend ?

lol....no no no no nothing like that.

Just wanna try and spruce the carpets up a bit.

Go to B&Q and hire a Rug Doctor

Costs about £25 for a couple of days and you have to buy the cleaning liquid but they are BRILLIANT.

Better than any of the ones you can buy.

Sadly I can vouch for Hiney's comments.

I used one on Saturday and spent most of the bloody day doing pretty much the whole sodding house....

I got mine from Homebase (£19.99) for 24 hours + £10 refundable deposit + £9.99 for 2 litres of detergent + 4.49 for stuff called Traffic lane which you spray on the stained areas.

All in all it does a good job but is sodding hard work having to clear the house of furniture and then put everything back at the end of the day

HHS do a good K'archer one, about £30 a day. I did our old 1 bedroom flat in about 2 hours

...as opposed to a B'Archer...which removes football stadiums!!!
