Why would they, if they are leaving to play at the top level? Chelsea are a mid league club now and will be for a while.
Players will want to leave Chelsea, not join them.

Surely some of the other clubs - Madrid, Barcelona, Utd, Liverpool can offer the same (or better) wages as Chelsea?
