Just been listening to Brian Marwood saying how professional Tevez is because he goes to training. FFS he is contracted to do a job. If he doesn't turn up, then sack him. My boss never congratulates me for turning up to work. What a bunch of knobs...he's earning a bloody fortune...

he may be paid f***ing shit loads....but i'd feel pretty shit if i was in england and my young kids were in argentina

however, if he leaves city and goes to somewhere else in europe then i'd be pissed off i was a city fan, and hasn't he recently signed a new contract?

I'M NOT SURE HOW I FEEL ABOUT IT....is my answer

Way out west
I don't think there are many players towards the top end of the Premiership who play football for the love of the game, it is a job just like any other, they will do anything to maximise their earnings...even if that means joining Chelsea or Man City purely for the money!

Not sure it's all to do with money, supposedly they offered him more cash (again) to stay at Man City and he turned it down and wants out

I read somewhere that he's likely to move to Spain with Barca and Real favourites, the reason given for this is that they speak the same language as in Argentina and therefore his ex? is more likely to move into the country and bring the kids than coming to England to live. That way he would get to visit them more often. - could be an excuse just to leave Man City where he maybe unhappy with the club or manager.

That said there was also an article saying he hasn't ruled out a move to Spurs, Liverpool or Arsenal so who knows the real reasons behind this http://www.metro.co.uk/sport/football/850542-carlos-tevez-not-ruling-out-transfer-to-liverpool-arsenal-spurs-or-chelsea

DOG DOG DOG (Man City, you have reaped what you sowed) More pennies down the drain

There are suggestions that it might be Kia Joorabchian that has unsettled him as he is not happy with his failing control over various things. According to himself, he is not a football agent, but an 'investment manager'. Zahavi (the guy that recommended Turienzo) and Pele encouraged him to invest/takeover Corinthians with the business he had founded. All very murky.

It wouldn't surprise me if he has quite a lot of control over Tevez and will do anything to engineer another move to either make some cash or to spite his apparent fall in favour of the Man City lot.

Tevez is only 18 months into a 5 year contract.

Edit: Whilst Wiki is not the gospel... this makes interesting reading and he stinks. Kia Joorabchian - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

May be a little dim here but did he or did he not, oh and his supposed company not sign this deal whilst he had his children..... He's a Diego, never trust them !! Now await next big team to come in, do Man City control this situation or is it down to his advisers (company). Do Man City have the ability to call the shots. I somehow doubt this. He stinks as far as I'm concerned. Good riddance. !!

Brilliant. Thanks for that. Putting things in capital letters does not make it more interesting by the way.

Complete and utter joke. The problem with Teves is that he earns too much, so he has the choice if he wants to goto work or not. Becuase he earns so much he can say what he wants when he likes. A lot of these premiership superstars are gutless cowards, they pay other people to do their dirty work. They have no responsibility, because everything is done for them.

Today they said that Teves is taking a well earned rest because he is burned out. Burned out, what a joke. How about Teves you and the rest of your team mates, give your wages to the Nurses who are slogging their f***ing guts out today caring and saving peoples lives or the poor bastards over in Afghanistan risking their lives.

It's the Cristiano Ronaldo syndrome all over again. Players from sunny climes get lured to the north of England by big wage packets, but a year or so down the line they realise that money is no compensation for getting rained on 300 days a year, their wives/partners don't want to live in such miserable slum conditions under slate grey skies and the player sulks his way to a move to a La Liga club.
