FULL TIME: Carlisle 0-2 Brighton

A very good result today. Carlisle is a nightmare to get to from Brighton, their fans make it a reasonably hostile atmosphere and they are always a physical difficult team to play. Carlisle are also unbeaten in four games, so the result is pretty good form. It seems that we have turned a bit of a corner now, probably starting at the Millwall game, and it would be great to think that we could continue this and climb up the table a bit.

A massive well done to the lads, Slade and the 401 awayers.....amazing stuff. We're not worthy.

What a pleasant and unexpected surprise!

And Palace and Pompey losing, Chelsea being held by Stoke. What a day!

Really great and totally unexpected result. I think it proves Slade is getting it right. Also, since the improvement has coincided with Dicker starting, proves he was wrong (and NSC was right) not to have started him from day 1.

Sitting here in Manhattan and following the score had me wishing I had been there ... actually, thinking about the drive to Carlisle from Sussex and back ... maybe not.
